The fresh-baked bread at breakfast was a delight! Exploring nearby gems like El Braserio and La Frontera. Plus, the spacious room was a true haven for my family.

The room is beautifully maintained and includes a clean bathroom. It has particularly good location for visiting Forum Cultural Guanajuato.

We loved the staff--from the desk to the restaurant. The restaurant food was for the most part, surprising for a hotel restaurant. Really delicious and accommodating. We loved the location by the museums, opera and most of all--the leather centers

Only one tiny thing--the shrimp taco was not very good.

The hotel staff was friendly, showing a genuine interest in helping families, and the location made it easy to explore nearby malls and attractions.

My kids wished for more towels since we had to ask for extras.

How a surveillance person bothered me I felt that he harassed me when I was going out to the parking lot to get into my car I had never seen him on the occasions that I have stayed treated me as a criminal I am very upset maybe I do not return to this hotel for that situation the facts were if I had a business meeting at 8am return to the hotel for the bill at about 10:30 after that I went to the room to get some personal things from my son and in the corridor we didn't find the one from the toilet we gave him a tip and we went to the parking lot to leave when a person was coming behind us and how he was bringing intentions to stop us but when he saw that we opened the car he pretended that he was going somewhere else and he stayed watching us in fact you can check it with the cameras the truth was already very late and he was in a hurry to return to claim me but because of that I felt humiliated and I think that I am going to stop staying with you now I am still an IHG member

This is a poor quality hotel and expensive for what they offer. You pay Only for the name but not for a quality room and service. This hotel has the most awful room I had stayed ever, old and smelly. It is a Shame that a holiday inn chain has a hotel like this as member. Never stay in this hotel please.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend getaway in Leon with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was genuinely attentive, especially in the dining area, making my meals pleasant.

comfortable hotel with great prices. a great selection of goodies for breakfast. favourable and unbeatable location near the "zona piel", and the restaurant, only 5 minutes walk from bicentennial theatre. also, to attempt an event at the poliforum or stadium.

The staff was customer-oriented, and the location was perfect-just a short walk to quality restaurants. It was also well-priced for the area. Great amenities like a lovely indoor pool made for a nice touch.

the elevator was really slow. it took forever to get up and down, but the staff was super friendly. room was spacious with comfy beds. perfect location near a lot of restaurants.

Business travelers beware

The staff at the front desk was really helpful , going above and beyond to assist me with the late check-in even tho I arrived at an odd hour. The location was convenient , with decent restaurants just a walk away , with some level of comfort after a long day.

It wasn't budget-friendly , yet I suppose it could have been worse.
